Pivotal Moments on the MoodShift Journey

For men who all too often dismiss their girlfriends or wives as less than amazing, I have good news for you!

Amazing women are everywhere. A woman who has been nurtured and encouraged to be all she can will never disappoint.

As an obstetrician for over thirty years, I had the privilege to be at the side of hundreds of women as they experienced a new life growing inside them and then assisting them as they brought this new life into this world. I have laughed with them, cried with them, and prayed with them.

My life never felt complete unless I had a good woman at my side.

My life as a doctor is only one phase of my life. With the encouragement and experience of my wife Pam, I was able to transition out of medicine, allowing me to stretch myself in new directions.

“The Story of David & Pam” is intimately linked to The MoodShift Movement. A movement in Pam’s words “to help men and women give their special gifts and talents to this world”.

Pam developed critical tools designed for this greater freedom journey that can be found on our website, www.moodshift.me.

The MoodShift journey began with the development of the eBook “What Do You Really Know About Yourself?” This book caught me by surprise with its authenticity, and its power to stir my emotions and stimulate my curiosity. Like myself, friends and patients of mine benefitted from experiencing this eBook. The details of which I will share in future blogs.

As app technology was gaining momentum in 2011, I recognized that people would be using this technology more and more. As we brainstormed the idea of creating an on-the-go tool, Pam’s intuition kicked in and the “ShiftMe Passport” experience was born. It serves not only as a companion to her eBook but as a powerful stand-alone experience as well. The mood-shifting and calming Passport experience was so powerful that I was able to restore my heart rhythm from atrial fibrillation to normal sinus rhythm—a feat that medical doctors cannot achieve without dangerous invasive surgical procedures or defibrillation shock therapy.

It is with sincere gratitude and appreciation that my heart thanks Pam for her fortitude and tenacious will to continue even in the face of defeat—times when I was willing to give up but she was not.

I love experiencing the contributions of my amazing Pam. So, I celebrate today being a MoodShifter.

I send a message to the men in this world to nurture and encourage the amazing woman you call friend, companion, sister or wife so that you can experience benefits beyond what you thought was possible.
